TAGG is a concept developed for elderly people that suffer from dementia. The product consists of a row of droplet shaped balls that have LEDs inside of them. The TAGG is placed in front of a window. With use of electro motors the droplets move in a fluid and calm way. With their lights and movement, the TAGG invites the elderly to interact with them. By allowing the user to play a simplified version of the game tag, the user is stimulated to move, interact and look out of the window.
The project was submitted for the Microsoft Design Expo and came in second place.
